Meettell Conference offers all the functionalities needed to efficiently manage the discussions on conferences with several parallel sessions. It offers all the functionalities included in the Meettell Workshop system and efficiently supports discussion management in parallel sessions.

The Meettell Server is connected to the Conference Audio Center and allows control of the audio systems in different session rooms. Session moderators are managing the discussion using the Meettell Session Moderator application, running on their mobile phones or tablet PC. The application features all the functionalities of the Meettell server needed to efficiently manage the discussion.

The session server may record all the discussions if the session moderator selects the option <record discussion> in the session setup menu. All participates are being informed about the recording of their discussions through the Meettell messaging system on their mobile phone. The Meettell Conference system supports live polling and positive feedback functionality within particular session that can be predefined or created ad-hoc by the session moderator. It also allows for giving a positive feedback on particular discussion or presenter, thus providing a new insight into the discussion and assessment of discussion quality.

The advanced analytics allows for event quality assessment of the single session, sessions with similar topics, comparison of selected sessions, conference as a whole, and comparison of conference’s quality development over time. If the organizer organizes different events, also qualitative and quantitative comparison of selected events is possible.
